Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and explore multiple HR functions. This role goes beyond just hiring and offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee engagement, and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internships and junior roles
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases
HR Operations
- Support attendance tracking and basic HR documentation
- Assist with payroll-related coordination and data management
- Help maintain employee records and internal HR trackers
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
- Support birthday celebrations, team activities, and internal events
- Help create internal communication and engagement content
General HR Support
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
- Support implementation of HR policies and processes
