Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and explore multiple HR functions. This role goes beyond just hiring and offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations, employee engagement, and people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internships and junior roles
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases

HR Operations

  • Support attendance tracking and basic HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll-related coordination and data management
  • Help maintain employee records and internal HR trackers

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Support birthday celebrations, team activities, and internal events
  • Help create internal communication and engagement content

General HR Support

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
  • Support implementation of HR policies and processes

Who Should Apply

  • Students or recent graduates pursuing HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Someone genuinely interested in learning all aspects of HR, not just recruitment
