About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern (Female candidate preferred) to support our Human Resources operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Top performers will be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the 45-day internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for tasks related to attendance, documentation, and communication.
• Handle basic HR queries from employees with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Passion for HR and people-focused roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Contract length: 45 days

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
