We’re a fast-growing EdTech organization looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. If you’re passionate about connecting people with opportunities and want hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Type: Full-time Internship (On-site)
Duration: Minimum 2 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job portals and social media platforms
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for HR, recruitment, and people management
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR or Management)
