HR Intern

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement. This internship offers practical exposure to core HR functions and workplace processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee welfare and culture.

3. Data Management

  • Update HR data in Excel or HRMS tools.

5. Policy & Compliance Support

  • Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs.
  • Support compliance-related documentation as required.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
