Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Screening and shortlisting resumes as per hiring requirements
  • Coordinating and conducting initial candidate interviews
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases
  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Supporting HR operations and documentation
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Preferred:

  • Female candidates (if applicable as per company policy)
  • Immediate joiners
  • Candidates with prior internship or recruitment exposure

Benefits:

  • Monthly stipend of ₹15,000
  • Incentives up to ₹5,000 based on performance
