Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screening and shortlisting resumes as per hiring requirements
- Coordinating and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities
- Supporting HR operations and documentation
- Ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Preferred:
- Female candidates (if applicable as per company policy)
- Immediate joiners
- Candidates with prior internship or recruitment exposure
