About the Role

A hands-on HR internship with exposure across hiring, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, compliance, and culture initiatives. You’ll work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in people operations within a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Work On

  • Hiring & Onboarding: Support job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • HR Operations & Lifecycle: Assist with employee records, leave tracking, letters, exits, and FnF coordination.
  • HR Systems & Data: Work with tools for data updates, audits, payroll inputs, and basic reporting.
  • Engagement & Culture: Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, events, and internal communication.
  • Compliance Exposure: Assist with POSH documentation and statutory processes under guidance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Bonus if you have prior internship experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication (written + verbal)
  • Comfortable with MS Excel.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
