A hands-on HR internship with exposure across hiring, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, compliance, and culture initiatives. You’ll work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in people operations within a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Work On
- Hiring & Onboarding: Support job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, documentation, and joining formalities.
- HR Operations & Lifecycle: Assist with employee records, leave tracking, letters, exits, and FnF coordination.
- HR Systems & Data: Work with tools for data updates, audits, payroll inputs, and basic reporting.
- Engagement & Culture: Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, events, and internal communication.
- Compliance Exposure: Assist with POSH documentation and statutory processes under guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Bonus if you have prior internship experience.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication (written + verbal)
- Comfortable with MS Excel.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
