About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes: preparing welcome kits, coordinating induction sessions, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
  • Coordinate with employees for leave, reimbursement, and appraisal processes.
  • Provide support in background verification (BGV) and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
