Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Post/remove job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, send offer/rejection letters, run background checks, assist with onboarding.
  • Employee Data Management: Update employee databases, maintain accurate records, handle data entry.
  • Administrative Duties: File HR documents, prepare reports/presentations, manage HR communications, respond to staff inquiries.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist with collecting and verifying payroll/benefits data.
  • HR Projects: Support employee engagement activities, HR events, and HR policy initiatives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: Up to ₹3,000.00 per month
