UPBS Private Limited is a growing organization focused on innovation, performance, and people. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core human resources functions.

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR department in daily operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and documentation. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and looking to gain real-world corporate exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and exit formalities
• Maintain accurate employee records and update internal databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
• Draft and format HR documents, reports, and internal communication
• Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
