JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR

Main job tasks, duties and responsibilities

  • Well versed with all statutory compliance
  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff with all joining formalities with all letter, bank account opening, UAN, ESI number, TDS, Accident/Mediclaim policies if applies
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation
  • Daily attendance data and monthly salary calculations
  • Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies
  • Design & implement incentive structure
  • Support annual salary review & increments
  • Implement and monitor performance management system & conduct monthly employee evaluation
  • Creating MIS reports
  • Creating and updating Induction manual, Sales policy, Travel policy
  • Creating and updating marketing strategies
  • Creating and updating JD for all positions
  • Handle & resolve employee complaints, grievances and disputes
  • Maintain employee related documents
  • Maintain employer-employee relations
  • Administer employee discipline processes
  • Conduct exit interviews & FNF settlement with experience letter, reliving letter, gratuity calculation
  • Issuing warning letters for any misconduct.
  • Review and update employment rules and regulations
  • Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting hr functions
  • Arranging welfare activities like Birthday, Diwali, Annual function

Education, qualifications and experience

  • Degree/diploma or certificate course in human resources management,
  • Generalist human resources experience
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
  • Knowledge of business principles
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
