HR Intern Description:
Academy HR is dedicated to providing top-notch marketing education and training. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, and internships.
- Assist in the enrollment process of students for various programs.
- Support in organizing and managing training sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary support.
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in general HR activities and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in HR.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Experience in event coordination or management.
