HR Intern Description:

Academy HR is dedicated to providing top-notch marketing education and training. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, and internships.
  • Assist in the enrollment process of students for various programs.
  • Support in organizing and managing training sessions.
  • Monitor student progress and provide necessary support.
  • Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in general HR activities and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or project experience in HR.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Experience in event coordination or management.
