Job Description

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily operations and assist with key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role offers hands-on exposure to practical HR processes and corporate work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of employee information
  • Support HR compliance, audits, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
