About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes: preparing welcome kits, coordinating induction sessions, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
- Coordinate with employees for leave, reimbursement, and appraisal processes.
- Provide support in background verification (BGV) and compliance documentation.
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
