Job Description: HR Intern

The HR Intern will support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement while maintaining accurate HR records.

Position Title: HR Intern
Location: Borivali, Mumbai (On-site)
Employment Type: Internship
Experience Level: 3–6 months / HR internship experience preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support joining, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, including attendance and leave management.
  • Support statutory compliance activities related to PF and ESIC.
  • Work on SPINE HR Software for employee data management (knowledge of SPINE HR Plus is an added advantage).
  • Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of HR operations and processes.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory basics.
  • Working knowledge of Spine HR Plus.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.

Educational Qualification

  • Completed B.Com / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
