HR Intern — Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Remote)

About Us:
Vulcury LLC is a venture studio and consulting firm that incubates and supports a portfolio of startups across industries including manufacturing, real estate, education, and investment. We operate lean, move fast, and believe in building ambitious ventures with long-term value.


As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to help us identify, engage, and onboard talented individuals—particularly interns—across our growing portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and university platforms
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update job descriptions for various roles
  • Help design and execute onboarding workflows for new team members
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
  • Support internal HR documentation and process improvements
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring needs
  • Contribute ideas to improve our talent acquisition strategy

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday


Supplemental Pay:


  • Performance bonus


Work Location: Remote









Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • A proactive attitude—someone who gets things done
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or startup environments is helpful but not required
