Job Responsibilities

Unnatva Foundation is seeking an HR Intern to support the Placement Officer in managing CSR-related placements. This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR operations, placements, and corporate coordination within the development sector.

Experience/Requirements

0-6 Months

  • Students or graduates in HR, MSW, BSW, MBA (HR) or related fields
  • Candidates interested in placements, CSR, and HR operations
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation processes preferred

Skills

  • Hands-on exposure to CSR placements and corporate coordination
  • Practical learning in HR and placement operations
  • Mentorship from the placement and HR team
  • Internship certificate (and recommendation letter based on performance)
