Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
• Help with employee engagement and internal communications
• Assist in organizing training sessions and events

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus
