Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR Operations and Payroll activities, Preparing Letters, and day to day HR Functions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Maintain employee Personal Files records
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents
  • Participate in performance management and HR compliance activities
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks and Employee filing.

Requirements:

  • Must be a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) with relavant subjects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self starter with a "Can Do" attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
