HR Intern

We are looking for a HR Intern.

The HR will get to work in all functions of HR including talent acquisition, learning, and development.

Your role will involve:

• Develop and perform end-to-end recruitment processes from gathering requirements, all the way to onboarding
• Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
• Assist in payroll preparation and maintain payroll-related records

Criteria:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with a BCom degree (preferred) are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Must be a problem solver and a peoples person
• Should be understanding, empathetic, personable and an attentive listener

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• HR: 3 years (Required)
