HR Intern

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
  • Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
