Hiring: HR Intern

Location:

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a smart, energetic, and creative HR Intern who wants real-world experience in the main HR function: Hiring & Talent Acquisition. This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and work directly with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing of hiring and talent acquisition.
• Help create engaging content for hiring (posts, captions, basic creatives)
• Assist in job posting, shortlisting and interviews

Requirements:

• Graduate or in the final semester with major in HR
• At least six months experience in HR
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, MS Office, or Google Docs
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
