Position Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and support various HR activities. This role offers a valuable learning experience in the field of human resources and provides exposure to different aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help coordinate recruitment events and track candidate progress.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and assisting with new hire documentation.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, drafting HR communications, and managing HR documentation.
- Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops. Help track training completion and gather feedback.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Policy and Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to and help with compliance-related tasks.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and competitor HR strategies. Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an office environment is a plus but not required.
- Attributes: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
