Job Description

We are looking for a female HR Intern who is passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and performance monitoring.
• Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Prepare HR-related letters, notices, and memos when required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
• Duration: 3 Months

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
