HR Intern

At Techbucks, we are committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join us and support day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across core HR functions and an opportunity to grow within the role.

This position has the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation coordination.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee information, attendance, and performance data.
  • HR Administration: Assist with documentation, reporting, and handling basic employee queries.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize internal events, trainings, and engagement activities.
  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate input and management of HR data and records.
  • Compliance: Support adherence to company policies and HR procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–6 months of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets/Forms.
  • Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
