HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee information, attendance, and performance data.
- HR Administration: Assist with documentation, reporting, and handling basic employee queries.
- Event Coordination: Help organize internal events, trainings, and engagement activities.
- Data Entry: Ensure accurate input and management of HR data and records.
- Compliance: Support adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–6 months of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets/Forms.
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
