HR Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in DHA Phase 2 Lahore for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will support the HR team with key administrative tasks, assist in implementing HR policies, help manage employee records, and provide support for recruitment processes. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes, assisting with employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with personnel management guidelines. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (completed or in progress)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment
