HR Intern

Big Byte Insights is a growing tech company passionate about building exceptional teams and driving innovation. We’re looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team, gain hands-on recruitment experience, and help us find top talent to grow our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end technical recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Learn and use recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn for sourcing technical talent.
• Support in coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Assist in building a strong employer brand through engaging job postings and outreach.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and HR records.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
• Support other HR initiatives and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Current student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Interest in technical recruitment and learning about tech roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office is a plus.
