Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in human resources. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job ads and screening resumes

Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking

Help in employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records

Support HR staff in documentation and record-keeping

Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities

Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field

No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Female candidates only

Must be based in or willing to commute to Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
