HR Intern- Female

We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team. As a HR intern, you will be responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, Supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or related discipline required.
• Strong analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best suited candidates.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies.
• Excellent eye for detail and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
