About the Role

We are looking for a proactive People Operations Intern to support onboarding, induction, and day-to-day HR operations. You will play an important role in creating a smooth and positive experience for new joiners while supporting internal HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, follow-ups, and induction support.
  • Coordinate system access, process guidance, and ensure new hires are fully set up.
  • Maintain trackers and ensure all documentation is completed and streamlined.
  • Support HR operations such as R&R activities, Fun Friday events, and internal planning sessions.
  • Help with employee records, basic reporting, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business/Management, Psychology, or related.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
