Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team remotely. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing virtual team events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Conduct basic research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Eager to learn and develop practical HR skills in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior exposure to HR functions or internships is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, virtual work environment.
