HR Intern – Technical Recruiter

About The Role

We are looking for an HR Intern – Technical Recruiter leading to job who is enthusiastic about learning recruitment processes and technical hiring. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates for technical positions (IT, software, engineering roles)
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups
• Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities
• Learn and use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment / HR
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts
• Willingness to learn technical roles and skill sets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
