HR Intern - Technical Recruitment

Job description:

We're seeking an HR Intern – Technical Recruitment to support our talent acquisition team. You'll assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This role offers practical experience in technical hiring and a strong foundation for an HR career.

Job Details:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the recruitment team with candidate follow-ups, status updates, and communication
• Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets, applicant databases, and recruitment pipelines
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
• Coordinate initial screening calls and gather candidate information
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired technical staff, including documentation and compliance
• Help prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and weekly updates for management
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of candidate and employee information
• Learn and assist with technical assessment coordination and evaluation processes
• Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc recruitment and HR administrative tasks as assigned.
