What you’ll do:

• Post and manage job listings on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Assist in recruitment and talent sourcing
• Support hiring processes for IT technicians locally and globally
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Create and maintain a structured database of CVs and technicians based on skills, countries, cities, and experience
• Maintain candidate records and HR documentation
• Learn and contribute to real-world HR operations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote/international setup
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, Computer Science, or related fields are encouraged to apply
