Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers (US time zone)
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/trackers regularly
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Support employee onboarding documentation and record management
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, verification letters, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records
3. Employee Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries (attendance, policies, etc.)
- Coordinate with US team members for HR-related support
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and US HR practices
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Support audits and documentation checks when required
5. Reporting & Support
- Prepare daily/weekly HR reports (recruitment status, attendance, etc.)
- Assist HR team in ad-hoc tasks and ongoing HR projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources (Generalist role exposure preferred)
- Good communication skills (written & verbal – English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
