HR Intern – US Operations (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers (US time zone)
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/trackers regularly

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Support employee onboarding documentation and record management
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, verification letters, etc.)
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records

3. Employee Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries (attendance, policies, etc.)
  • Coordinate with US team members for HR-related support
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR processes are aligned with company policies and US HR practices
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Support audits and documentation checks when required

5. Reporting & Support

  • Prepare daily/weekly HR reports (recruitment status, attendance, etc.)
  • Assist HR team in ad-hoc tasks and ongoing HR projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources (Generalist role exposure preferred)
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal – English)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
