About the Role

We are looking for dynamic HR interns to support our Recruitment team. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes along with maintaining and analyzing recruitment MIS reports. This internship is ideal for MBA/HR students looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain recruitment MIS reports (track hiring status, TAT, pipeline, offer rollouts, and closures).
  • Assist the team in campus hiring initiatives and job fairs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Work closely with recruiters to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR (or a recent graduate with HR specialization).
  • Strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
