Recruitment & Selection:

Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining candidate databases.

Onboarding Process:

Supporting the onboarding and joining formalities of new interns/employees.

Preparing offer letters, ID cards, and induction schedules.

HR Operations & Documentation:

Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Assisting in drafting HR letters and maintaining confidentiality of employee data.

Employee Engagement:

Planning and executing engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.

Gathering employee feedback and helping in engagement surveys.

Performance & Attendance Tracking:

Assisting in attendance management and performance review coordination.

Supporting the HR team with intern evaluation reports

Learning & Development:

Helping in organizing training sessions, webinars, and orientation programs.

Collecting feedback and attendance for L&D activities.

Stipends: Unpaid
