Job Description
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
Support IT and admin teams in setting up access and equipment for new joiners.
Plan and support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
Assist in collecting employee feedback and contributing to wellness initiatives.
Help manage internal communication on HR programs and announcements.
Support attendance, leave, and HR data management.
Handle basic HR documentation and filing (physical and digital).
Assist in policy implementation and HR audit preparation.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / MA (HRM) or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
