Job Title: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources
Location: Badar Commercial Phase # 5
Duration: 6 weeks to 8 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment (CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination).
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents (letters, memos, notices).
  • Coordinate attendance, leave data, and employee queries.
  • Support training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality.
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in HR / Business Administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
