Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern for a 4-week internship program. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of HR experience who want to gain practical exposure in recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and administrative tasks. Exceptional performers will be offered a full-time position upon completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in CV screening and candidate shortlisting.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
  • Support the HR team in conducting initial interviews when needed.

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Prepare onboarding documents and employee files.
  • Support in organizing orientation sessions for new hires.

3. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain HR records, spreadsheets, and employee data.
  • Assist in preparing letters, memos, and HR documentation.
  • Help update attendance and coordinate with other departments.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain smooth communication between candidates and the HR team.
  • Support daily HR operational tasks.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle filing, data entry, and general administrative support.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to 6 months of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and MS Office tools.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and eager to learn.
