Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, attendance reports, and confirmations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Respond to basic HR-related queries from employees.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
