Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and coordination activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR reports
  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related communication
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in employee engagement and internal initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
