Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interview scheduling)
- Maintain employee attendance and performance trackers
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Monitor intern productivity and daily task updates
- Conduct weekly performance review coordination
Client Proposal & Follow-ups
- Prepare and send proposals to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with the sales team for proposal customization
- Maintain lead tracker and follow-up sheet
- Update CRM regularly
Operations & Team Coordination
- Assign and track daily tasks for digital marketing team
- Ensure deadlines are met for client deliverables
- Coordinate between SEO, Social Media, and the Ads team
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Maintain internal communication and workflow process
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (English and any 2 language )
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Leadership mindset and problem-solving ability
