HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interview scheduling)
  • Maintain employee attendance and performance trackers
  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation
  • Monitor intern productivity and daily task updates
  • Conduct weekly performance review coordination

Client Proposal & Follow-ups

  • Prepare and send proposals to prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with the sales team for proposal customization
  • Maintain lead tracker and follow-up sheet
  • Update CRM regularly

Operations & Team Coordination

  • Assign and track daily tasks for digital marketing team
  • Ensure deadlines are met for client deliverables
  • Coordinate between SEO, Social Media, and the Ads team
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Maintain internal communication and workflow process

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (English and any 2 language )
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Leadership mindset and problem-solving ability
