Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain and update HR databases and records
• Support onboarding processes and employee engagement activities
• Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and recruitment drives

Requirements:
✅ Good communication skills in Malayalam (English & Hindi are a plus)
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
✅ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in HR/recruitment field
