Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various non-IT positions across different departments such as finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, and more. This role requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source qualified candidates for non-IT roles using job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements for non-IT roles on relevant job portals, social media, and the company website.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, team needs, and the ideal candidate profile.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and hiring success rates.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and legal regulations
