Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job ads on different platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
• Maintain and update candidate records and databases
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings and follow-ups
• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in onboarding new employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
• Good organizational and time management skills
