HR Internship for Females

Employment Type: Full-Time (Office Based)
Location: Block L, Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 12pm - 9pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Stipend: PKR 25,000/-

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while gaining hands-on experience in international recruitment processes for UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, and initial screening.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support in managing ATS/CRM systems for candidate pipeline tracking.
• Prepare reports and assist in improving recruitment processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• Prior internship or experience in Recruitment/HR is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
