Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for plant and corporate roles.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend retention strategies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records, files, and reports accurately.

Industrial Relations (IR) Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Promote a positive work environment and ensure smooth communication between management and workforce.
  • Union & Labor Relations:
  • Act as liaison between management and trade unions.
  • Assist in negotiations, collective bargaining, and resolution of disputes.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations specific to chemical and fertilizer manufacturing units.
  • Prepare reports on industrial relations matters for management review.
  • Workplace Safety & Discipline:
  • Assist in implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Promote safety culture and ensure employees follow safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
