Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for plant and corporate roles.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend retention strategies.
- Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for technical and non-technical staff.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, files, and reports accurately.
Industrial Relations (IR) Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure smooth communication between management and workforce.
- Union & Labor Relations:
- Act as liaison between management and trade unions.
- Assist in negotiations, collective bargaining, and resolution of disputes.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations specific to chemical and fertilizer manufacturing units.
- Prepare reports on industrial relations matters for management review.
- Workplace Safety & Discipline:
- Assist in implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Promote safety culture and ensure employees follow safety regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
