Job Description


We are seeking an HR - IT Recruiter Trainee to work closely with our recruitment team to identify, attract, and hire top IT talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and recruitment, with an interest in the IT sector. This is a trainee position designed to provide hands-on experience and training in IT recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job postings on job boards and social media
  • Source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
  • Screen and shortlist resumes of IT candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Support HR operations and other HR activities as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship or basic understanding of IT/ITes will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus but not mandatory
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR and IT recruitment field
  • Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory
