Job Description – HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Department: HR
College: Acharya Institute of Technology
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Specialization: End-to-End Core Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, and preliminary interviews.
  • Schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and closure.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, candidate database, and hiring status trackers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's degree or relevant HR specialization.
  • HR certifications (optional but preferred).
