Position Overview - From Office
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR & Recruiter to join our team, combining core human resource management functions with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for both talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance in line with company standards and labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and exit interviews.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
- Address employee grievances, promote workplace harmony, and ensure effective communication.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and training coordination.
- Oversee leave management, medical insurance administration, and other employee benefits.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with technical teams and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages and prepare employment offers.
- Maintain a recruitment pipeline database for current and future hiring needs.
